The Santa Clara County Centralized Eligibility List is available to parents that live, attend school or work in Santa Clara County.  The Santa Clara County CEL is here to support those families in need of child care for children ages 0-12, or in special circumstances, the child care needs of children over the age of 13 who have certain documented special needs such as, behavioral, physical or behavioral disability.
 
The Santa Clara  County Centralized Eligibility list provides information about subsidized child care programs, including licensed center based programs, programs at centers that are exempt from licensing,  family child care home networks and Alternative Payment (voucher style) programs in the following areas in
Santa Clara County:

The first step to applying for subsidized child care is to determine if your family qualifies for services in this county or if you need to contact a CEL in a different county.
