The Santa Clara County Centralized Eligibility List is available to parents that live, attend school or work in Santa Clara County. The Santa Clara County CEL is here to support those families in need of child care for children ages 0-12, or in special circumstances, the child care needs of children over the age of 13 who have certain documented special needs such as, behavioral, physical or behavioral disability.
